Open parking during event hours; so ignore student permit parking only signs. 
PLEASE NOTE: there is a lot of construction happening around the parking lot. 
Currently, the easiest way to get to Mammel Hall is from Pacific street. 
Take the first entrance, near the Pete Kiewit Institute and drive through the parking lot to get to Mammel Hall.
